Introduction and Background
India, a land of culture and civilisation, has been a major centre of Islamic studies and art since long where born the learned and cultured personalities. Muslims ruled for centuries. But due to the devilish British sprawl over this blessed land, the Islamic rule started declining. Not this much various pagan movements stretched their legs out to rob the great treasure of Muslims i.e. their religion and faith. And Muslim clergy- Ulema and freedom fighters fought fiercely against these movements.  Battles of Plassey and 1857 were series of independence war which was fated that Muslims were unsuccessful as a result the Britishers were encouraged to go higher, and they sought to wipe out traces of Islam from the subcontinent. Hundreds of thousands of Ulema were strung up and hanged.  Millions of copies of the Quran were set on fire to end the Islamic teachings. The sorry saga caused Ulema to be deprived of sleep. By virtue of their invocation and yearning an idea struck to them from Allah Subhanatala the Most High to set religious schools and seminaries to preserve and protect the religion in the subcontinent. These schools were predetermined to develop troops of religious scholars bearing Islamic values and traditions, to be raised in such manner that they would work simultaneously in India to safeguard Islam in long run.
